Hindu is the most ancient in all survive religion right now. Also the most scientific religion.
For Examples,

1. After sunrise, it is tradition to give water to Lord Sun. It is good for eyes.

2. In every Hindu house, there is one plant of Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) . It is very healthy to house medicines and it cleans atmosphere of home.
